Do I have to sign a long contract?

No. Everything is month-to-month, and most clients start with a single fix to see how we work together before keeping me on a regular block of hours.

What size company do you work with?

Mostly small and mid-sized companies running NetSuite that don't need, or can't justify, a full-time administrator. If that's you, we're a good fit.

What if I need more than 10 hours one month?

That's fine. Unused hours roll over, and any work beyond your block is approved by you in advance and billed at the same rate. You'll never see a surprise invoice.

Can you handle implementations or scripting too?

Yes. Larger projects, migrations, multi-subsidiary setups, and SuiteScript work are scoped separately. The Extended plan is built for exactly that.
